How to Use:
Soak 1 tablespoon of seasoning in 3 tablespoons of water for 30 minutes (or microwave for 1 minute) to soften and release flavor. Mix with 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil or melted butter, then season with salt or bouillon powder to taste. Rub generously onto thinly sliced beef, goat, pork or lamb until fully coated. Marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight in the refrigerator for best results) before grilling, roasting, baking ,frying or pan-searing. Traditionally served with sliced onions and tomatoes for an authentic West African suya experience.
