Zesty and  Savory and full of depth, this chicken seasoning enhances baked, fried, or grilled poultry with authentic African flavor.
How to Use
Rub chicken, turkey, or oxtails with bouillon powder or salt to taste, then coat evenly with a generous amount of seasoning. Use 1–2 tablespoons per pound of meat. Allow to marinate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight in the refrigerator, before baking, roasting, grilling, or air frying.
Adds rich, savory flavor to soups, stews, and braised dishes.
