How to Use
Rub chicken, turkey, or oxtails with bouillon powder or salt to taste, then coat evenly with a generous amount of seasoning. Use 1–2 tablespoons per pound of meat. Allow to marinate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight in the refrigerator, before baking, roasting, grilling, or air frying.
